Currently, all my windows media player files are set to show the first frame of all the videos.

I know, pretty.
I’d like to know how to set it so that it shows a different frame, is there a possible way to do that?

There doesn’t seem to be a simple/quick way to do it really. All the recommendations say to open up the files in a video editor, say… virtualdub. Then change the first frame in there so that XP uses that instead. I’ll keep looking though as I’ve not been searching for long, if I find anything better I’ll post it up.
