It has nothing to do with it being no crits. It has everything to do with that it is a young server. You guys need to fill it every night and keep it full as much as possible. That is what we did with server 1 and thats how we got regulars. I have done nothing but filled servers the last few months. I am taking a break and Handi is doing some other things and doesn’t fill it so much. That is part of the reason server 2 is not populated as much anymore.

Pub servers do not just magically fill. You have to build a name for it and get it in people favorites. The best way to do that is to keep it full and make it a fun place to play.
