First off, Hello all. I played on your tf2 servers a while back but you probably don’t remember me. I go by Frodo or Frodo_De_Mar ingame.

Now my problem. Ever since the last update tf2 will launch fine but I cannot see any servers and if I try to join through a friend I get a connection failed after 4 attempts message. Can anybody help me out with this? Its really weird because I also play l4d some and that works just fine for me. Its just TF2 that is the problem. I am pretty sure its not a firewall issue either where its being blocked or anything. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

I gotta say it sounds like a firewall/router issue. Have you tried reinstalling the game at all? I’ve had some bizarre bugs that could only be fixed by doing that (one time I ran as fast as a scout no matter what class I was :/ )

If a reinstall doesn’t help and it’s definitely not your router or firewall then I’m a bit stumped!

I’ll dig a little deeper into my firewall settings and such, maybe reset the router. I’ve reinstalled and still the same problem.
