As always some good stuff was released at E3 this year. For the PC games it definitely seems that it is going to be a year for sequels. That’s not to say there aren’t a plethora of new games being released, but they just don’t seem to have generated quite the same excitement, at least not for me. For years now politicians from many countries have been arguing that crime is in many cases related to violent video games and media. Germany is taking it to the next level by banning all violent video games among other activities such as paintball and laser tag. Although not all of the new restrictions have taken effect yet, it’s expected to happen very soon.

America’s Army, at one time the most played online shooter, is finally releasing its sequel after it was originally announced a good 2-3 years ago. This will hopefully bring life back to a massive community and a great game that has truly suffered over the last few years.
